Close It produces AI-generated research, analysis, “verdicts”, conviction scores, and illustrative scenarios about publicly traded securities. All output is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is general in nature, is not tailored to your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and does not constitute:
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial professional before acting. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Close It offers a free tier with limited use and paid subscription plans. When you subscribe, your payment method is charged immediately and the subscription automatically renews each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us at closeithq@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund or credit partial periods. We will give notice before any price change, and taxes may apply. Your statutory consumer-cancellation rights under applicable law are not affected by this section.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Service output for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the output. The Service, its software, and its branding remain our property.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output is accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any investment losses or lost profits, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
